Hi,
I'd like to overcome my flying phobia. In the past, I suffered from anxiety and panic. With the help of various tools and medication, I've overcome it and I live a "normal" life.
I had a panic attack on an airplane during the period that my anxiety was very bad and undiagnosed (quite a few years ago) and I still have trouble with air travel.
I'd like to connect with other people who understand and who can help me move and live beyond my limitations.
